Eric Rice has been selling real estate in the Central Ohio area for over 20 years.

With approximately 50 percent of his business involving relocation, he has become well acquainted with all the communities throughout Central Ohio, and is able to help his clients compare school districts, city services, market values, and quality of life. He has also beome knowledgeable about the many non-real estate related services which make his clients' transitions easier.

Eric grew up in Ohio and went to Denison University for undergraduate and Capital University for graduate school. He began his career in broadcasting and went to work for the Ohio House of Representatives before joining Coldwell Banker King Thompson.

He is active with the Chamber of Commerce, the Columbus Board of Realtors, Church of The Saviour United Methodist, and is a former Jaycee President.
